i cant loss any weight. and i am always hungry

  1. Ben, try high protein meals. Like, eggs in the morning, tuna fish and veggie at lunch, and then like chicken or steak and a veggie for dinner. The protein will keep you fuller for longer and the other foods will help you lose weight. Um, what is working miracles for me right now is that exact thing. I have said no to sugars and carbs. The best thing is to just watch calories!! Good luck Ben! Keep on keepin' on!! :)
