Phentermine n Shake

As some of you may know, I started taking phentermine this last week. I just want to say that it is amazing! It has definitely curbed my appetite. I suggest ya'll look into it.

Bfast - chocolate protein, broccoli,.spinach, banana, kale, skim milk. Sounds gross, but berk actually liked it.
Lunch - 6" sub club
Dinner - 6" sub club

Also Zion hike with Ben this morning.
